Libéralisation des changes pour le transport maritime
Les banques effectuent désormais les opérations de transferts des dépenses pour le transport maritime, sans limitation de montant et sans l'autorisation préalable de l'Office des Changes. C'est le sens de la circulaire n°1594 de l'Office des Changes datée du 27 Novembre 1992.
La circulaire 1594 de l'Office des Changes à l'intention des banques, décrit les diverses opérations du transport maritime (avec les termes techniques et leur explication) et à l'intention des multiples opérateurs du transport (consignataire, transitaire, armateur, chargeur...) les modalités d'imputation des comptes, ainsi que les justificatifs à fournir au banquier.
Dans notre précédente édition nous avons publié les modalités de la circulaire 1.594 de l'Office des Changes concernant l'armement marocain.
La banque est autorisée à transférer cette avance dans la limite de 80% des recettes effectivement encaissées par le consignataire ou agent maritime, sur présentation d'un état faisant ressortir le montant global du fret encaissé (décompte de fret) signé par le consignataire ou agent maritime au Maroc.
